Automatic Bank Payments

1. It saves you Time. Automatic Bank Payment is the automatic way to pay your utility bill each month. No more searching for a stamp or driving to the pay station, Council Bluffs Water Works office, or the post office to pay your Bill.

2.  You can avoid on the bill due date hassle of missing a payment if you go out of town or just forget to pay your bill. Twenty days after the billing date (found in the upper right hand corner of your bill), your payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account at your financial institution. Never pay a late fee again because the check didn’t arrive on time!

3. Its Easy! Just download and print the AUTOMATIC BANK PAYMENT form, complete the information and send it to us along with a voided check. A record of your monthly payment will be shown on your next Council Bluffs Water Works bill and on the account statement you receive from your financial institution.
